TIPS FOR A GREAT CHECK-IN

The more detail you give me, the better I can coach you. Here's what to keep in mind:

    Weigh yourself first thing in the morning, after the bathroom, before eating or drinking.
  • 📸
    Take progress photos in the same lighting and position each week for accurate comparison.
  • 🍽️
    Be honest about your nutrition — I'm here to help, not judge. The truth helps me help you.
  • 💤
    Sleep and energy affect everything. Rate them honestly so I can spot patterns and adjust.
  • 🤕
    Never train through pain. Flag any injuries immediately so we can modify your plan safely.
  • 📅
    Submit every week, even if it wasn't a great one. Consistency in check-ins = consistency in progress.
